This is an amazing training liniment or liniment for active arms + hands.  It's used in our house before and after climbing at the gym, after days of heavy physical labor, before and after Tuina sessions, and anytime we're using our hands or arms for long periods of time with lots of stress on the muscles and tendons.  This is a great liniment for martial artists, massage therapists, construction workers, musicians, farmers and anyone else who does lots of repetitive movements with their upper body.

Liniments are easy to use and apply and have long shelf life, especially if stored in a cool dark place (like your medicine cabinet!).  I like to spend a couple minutes rubbing the liniment into my muscles, applying *light* pressure with my fingers and a quick back and forth movement.  Once the initial application has been rubbed in, add a bit more and repeat!  You'll find what works for you.
